His Excellency President Julius Maada Bio of Sierra Leone delivered a Christmas Day message on December 25, 2024. The address was part of the national broadcast from State House in Freetown.
In recent days leading up to the holiday, President Bio has been active in governmental duties. On December 23, he administered the oath of office to newly appointed officials, including the Minister of Internal Affairs. Earlier, on December 20, he presided over the swearing-in ceremony for Mr. Komba Kamanda Esq., who was appointed as Chief Justice.
