The new Coordinator of the United Nations System in Guinea, Mrs. Kristèle Younès, visited His Excellency Ambassador Louis Blaise AKA-BROU, ECOWAS Resident Representative in Guinea, on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at the ECOWAS Office in Conakry.
The two officials discussed strengthening collaboration between their respective offices based in Guinea. Their conversation also covered the international community’s support for the ongoing transition process and efforts to promote peace and stability in the region.
This visit by Mrs. Kristèle Younès is part of her outreach to the Office of the ECOWAS Resident Representative following her official appointment on May 20, 2024.
