His Excellency President Julius Maada Bio participated in the Annual Education Week celebrations at the University of Makeni, Makeni, Bombali District. The event took place on January 24, 2025.
On the same day, President Bio was present at Marampa Mines in Lunsar Town, Port Loko District. During his visit, he presented a symbolic cheque valued at $3.7 million.
In addition to these engagements, President Bio departed Freetown on January 25, 2025. He is traveling to Dar es Salam to attend the Mission 300 Energy Summit.
