The event will be held at the Mulia Hotel in Bali from September 1-3, 2024. President Boakai is scheduled to address the Joint Leaders Session of the forum alongside leaders such as H.E Paul Kagame of Rwanda, H.E Nana Akufo-Addo of Ghana, H.E Russell Mmiso Dlamini of Eswatini, H.E Xanana Gusmao of Timor Leste, and H.E Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi of Zanzibar.

Additionally, President Boakai will meet with both outgoing Indonesian President Joko Widodo and incoming President Prabowo Subianto. He is also set to engage with executives from Golden Veroleum (GVL), an oil palm company operating in Liberia's Sinoe County.

Other delegation members will participate in separate sessions focusing on agriculture, food security, education, technology, and investments.

The forum aims to strengthen economic cooperation between Indonesia and African nations under the theme “Bandung Spirit for Africa’s Agenda 2063.” It seeks to foster collaboration through dialogue among high-level government officials, business leaders, academicians, and other stakeholders from both regions.

The official Liberian delegation includes Honorable Sylvester Grisgsby (Minister of State for Presidential Affairs), Honorable Mamaka Bility (Minister of State Without Portfolio), Dr. Alexander Nuetah (Minister of Agriculture), and Honorable Nathanial Barway (Representative District #1).

With participation from 47 African countries expected at the forum, significant collaborations and agreements are anticipated between Indonesia and attending African nations.

Following their engagement in Bali, President Boakai and his delegation will travel to China on September 4 to attend the Forum for China Africa Cooperation (FOCAC).
