Elizabeth Knipe was sworn in as a Legislative Council member this afternoon. The ceremony took place at the Castle, with His Excellency Governor Nigel Phillips CBE and Chief Minister Julie Thomas in attendance.
The event marks Knipe's commencement of her duties as an elected member of the Legislative Council.
