Customers are required to complete a declaration form when sending packages through the post. The declaration should precisely state the contents of the package, avoiding generic descriptions such as "gift" that do not allow for proper identification.

The contents will be assessed by PCSC counter staff. If dangerous goods are identified, the item will be refused entry into the mail service. Customers have the option of removing the dangerous goods from their mail item for posting or utilizing a freight company such as Solomon and Co.
