The fourth annual Ghana Sustainable Business Forum (SBF) -- presented by PwC Ghana, the Embassy of France to Ghana and the United Nations Development Programme in Ghana -- will be held on Thursday in Accra.
The invitation-only event's keynote speakers will be French Ambassador to Ghana François Pujolas and Ghaha Minister for Environment Science Technology and Innovation Mahama Ayariga.
Attendees will discuss the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate change (COP21), which will take place in Paris Sunday through Dec. 11, and the part that representatives from Ghana will play at the event.
Other topics to be covered include Ghana's climate change-related initiatives and how the private sector can get involved in them. Officials also will release findings from a survey being conducted by PwC Ghana to learn about how the nation's business community is contributing to sustainability and reacting to climate-change issues.
