Standout Business Solutions, a data management division of Synergy Systems Limited, recently partnered with software platform developer WebNMS to help extend its Internet of Things (IoT) platform to businesses in West Africa.
“Standout delivers customized solutions for enterprises in Nigeria and the rest of West Africa, particularly within the financial services, public sector, and telecommunications verticals,” Standout Division Managing Director Tosin Olapo said. “We selected the WebNMS IoT Platform because it is a flexible and open platform that gives us the control we need to rapidly develop and tailor our unique solutions to exact customer."
The WebNMS IoT Platform is meant to develop scalable IoT applications for multi-vendor networks. It's the first open platform to combine remote sensor monitoring, energy management, security, location management, on-board diagnostics and vendor support.
Standout handles Machine to Machine applications for Synergy Systems Limited who has pledged its support in the phasing in of the new applications.
