CR2's BankWorld omnichannel suite has been selected to manage self-service bank software for Access Bank.
The services include ATM, internet and mobile transactions. The alliance is expected to reduce Access's operational costs and enable bank to be able to offer clients a new range of facilities.
"We aim to become the leading bank in Nigeria and provide new services that will change the way people bank" Access Bank Group Managing Director Herbert Wigwe said.
The initiative is aligned with Access's vision about the role of self-service channels in supporting Nigeria's retail banking growth.

managing all our client's relationship from a single place are at the
heart of our strategy and we believe that BankWorld will help us to
achieve our vision," Wigwe said.
Access Bank was founded in 1988 and is among the Africa's top 20 banks. Today it has 5 million costumers and more than 1,500 ATMs.
