The Ministry of Finance, Ghana, has been active on social media, sharing updates about significant developments in the country's economic and energy sectors. These posts highlight progress under the leadership of Finance Minister Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson.

On May 10, 2025, the Ministry announced that "More Good News for Ghana as S&P Upgrades Credit Rating, Citing Strong Progress Under Finance Minister Ato Forson". This upgrade by S&P Global Ratings marks a significant endorsement of Ghana's economic recovery efforts and improvement in its foreign-currency rating.

Two days later, on May 12, 2025, another update was shared regarding energy infrastructure. The Ministry reported that "New Gas Processing Plant Will Be a Game-Changer for Ghana—Finance Minister". Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson described the planned Second Gas Processing Plant (GPP II) as transformative for the nation's energy landscape. The project is expected to create jobs and result in substantial savings.

Later that same day, it was announced that an "Implementation Committee for Second Gas Processing Plant Inaugurated." The government has established this committee to oversee the delivery of GPP II. This major infrastructure project aims to address Ghana's ongoing energy challenges effectively.
