Online classified company OLX Nigeria celebrated three years in operation Oct. 6 at a Victoria Island restaurant in Lagos.
During the event,
Lola Masha, an OLX manager, reinforced the company's commitment to investing in innovation in order to improve its services in the region.
“Among the many segments of our business, the vehicle category is one of our most popular, and we have seized the occasion of our third anniversary to celebrate our top-performing dealers on our site who have played a major role in our ongoing success story," Masha told West Africa Wire. "We are doing all we can to boost this category and other ones by establishing operational relationships and forging partnerships with other credible brands.’’
And Uche Nwagboso, OLX public relations manager, spoke to the growth of e-commerce business in his homeland. "We are contributing to the evolution and establishment of a vibrant e-commerce culture in Nigeria," Nwagboso said. "Indeed, OLX is driven to become such a credible brand in the country that anytime, anyone has a product to buy or sell, the person automatically thinks OLX.”
