The International Health Exhibition (MEDEX 2025) opened in Nouakchott, with the event overseen by Minister of Health Mohamed Mahmoud Ould El Mahmoud. The National Industrial and Mining Company (SNIM) is serving as the Platinum sponsor for this year’s exhibition.
SNIM stated that its participation at MEDEX 2025 is intended to showcase its experience in the health sector, build partnerships within the industry, and help raise awareness about public health issues across Mauritania. The company described these efforts as part of a broader strategy focused on sustainable development and improving living conditions for both employees and local communities.
