The annual Primary Schools Swimming Gala is set to take place on Friday, December 6, 2024. The event will be held at the Jamestown Swimming Pool from approximately 09:45 to 14:00. Parents, carers, and the public are invited to attend; however, priority seating will be given to parents and carers due to limited space.

Attendees are advised that there is limited seating and shade available at the venue. Additionally, the pool’s proprietor has requested that no takeaway food be brought onto the premises. Pets are not permitted at the event.

Access around the immediate area of the pool will be restricted to appointed marshals, helpers, and School Team Leaders only. Photography is also regulated; only school-appointed photographers are allowed to capture images of the event. Filming on mobile phones is prohibited.

Smoking and alcohol consumption are restricted within the pool area during this event. Those wishing to smoke must do so outside of the pool area and away from students. Attendees are reminded to dispose of litter in designated bins provided.
