The summit will take place from February 14-16, 2025, under the theme “Justice for Africans and People of African Descent Through Reparations.” This gathering will bring together heads of state and government to discuss critical issues impacting Africa and to establish policy priorities for the coming year.

During the summit, President Boakai plans to participate in discussions on sustainable financing mechanisms for quality education and skills development across Africa. These discussions align with Liberia’s commitment to enhancing educational opportunities and promoting economic growth.

Accompanying President Boakai are senior government officials including Foreign Minister Sara Beysolow Nyanti, Minister of State Without Portfolio Mamaka Bility, and Economic Advisor Morley Kamara.
