The Office of the President of The Gambia has announced the declaration of public holidays for Easter by President Adama Barrow. Good Friday, April 18, and Easter Monday, April 21, 2025, have been designated as public holidays across the country.

In his message, President Barrow extended his wishes for a joyous Easter to Christians in The Gambia and beyond, and he also wished happy holidays to all Gambians.
