The following day, on December 12, 2025, the company encouraged customers to redeem their loyalty points by tweeting: “All we want for Christmasssssssss — is for you to redeem your points . #MTNRewards https://t.co/VNxnoy95e8”.
On December 13, 2025, MTN Ghana announced an imminent promotional event with the message: “We are 2 days away from giving you something mind-blowing. MTN Rewards | 12 Days of Christmas — coming soon! #MTN12DaysOfChristmas #MTNRewards https://t.co/nMuoSd0Ggp”.
As one of the largest telecom providers in Ghana, MTN Ghana regularly runs customer engagement initiatives such as reward programs and seasonal promotions to maintain customer loyalty and participation.
