MTN Ghana highlights women’s empowerment project and promotes FA Cup quarterfinal

MTN Ghana shared updates on its recent initiatives and events through several posts in March 2026. The company highlighted a new project aimed at supporting women smallholder farmers and promoted upcoming sports events.

On March 13, MTN Ghana posted about an initiative marking International Women’s Day: “In commemoration of International Women’s Day, the MTN Ghana Foundation held a sod-cutting ceremony at the premises of Pantang Hospital to commence the establishment of a modern farm for women smallholder farmers in La Nkwantang.” The post included links for more information.

Later that day, MTN Ghana announced weekend sporting activities with the message: “The MTN FA Cup action is on this weekend! #MTNFACup”.

On March 14, another update provided details regarding an upcoming football event: “What you need to know about this year’s MTN FA Cup Quarterfinal. #MTNFACup”.
