The Ministry of Finance of Ghana has announced a Request for Proposals (RFP) inviting banks and licensed securities dealers to apply for the roles of Primary Dealers and Bond Market Specialists. These positions are related to the issuance of domestic treasury securities by the Government of Ghana.
According to the Ministry, this invitation is in line with Section 170 of the Public Financial Management Regulations, 2019 (L.I. 2378). The process seeks written proposals from interested parties for consideration as bookrunners in government securities transactions.
