The Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC) has announced an invitation for bids for the supply and delivery of cartridges to its IT warehouse. The funds for this procurement come from LEC’s approved budget for the fiscal year 2025.
The bidding process will follow National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures, as outlined in the Public Procurement and Concessions Act and approved by the Public Procurement and Concessions Commission. This process is open to all eligible bidders who meet specific qualification requirements.
To qualify, bidders must provide a current business registration certificate, a valid tax clearance certificate, a PPCC certificate of registration, and proof of authorization from the manufacturer or distributor’s license. Additionally, they must confirm the genuineness of goods supplied and offer a one-year warranty period.
Interested parties can obtain bidding documents by submitting a written application to LEC. All bids are due by 10:00 am local time on Monday, August 4, 2025. Electronic submissions will not be accepted, and late bids will be rejected.
Bid openings will occur at 10:00 am on August 4, 2025, at LEC’s conference room in Monrovia. Representatives who wish to attend may do so in person.
