Ghana will host the West African Clean Energy & Environment Exhibition Conference 2015 from Nov. 3 through 5 at the Accra International Conference Centre.

Sponsored by AHK Ghana and fairtrade, the conference will include a German Pavilion featuring 12 companies showcasing their products.

Leaders in policy and economics will attend the conference, during which speakers will discuss urgent issues facing Ghana’s energy supply.

The event offers a common platform for government agencies, private sector, industry players, financiers, investors, researchers, project developers, dealers, manufacturers, consumers, civil society organizations and non-government organizations to discuss issues related to the rapid utilization of renewable energy resources in Ghana.

Although admission to the conference is free, pre-registration is highly recommended and will continue through Friday.

The German Solar Training Week also will be held at the conference center from Nov. 3 through Nov. 6. Registration is required and the fee to attend is $78.
