Four constituency meetings are scheduled for June 2025, marking the final round before the Council’s dissolution on June 30. Despite time constraints and other priorities preventing meetings in every district, constituents are encouraged to attend a convenient venue.

Elected Members are expected to attend where possible, but all meetings will be chaired by the Ministerial Team. The discussions will focus on four main topics:

1. The approved Budget for 2025/26 and its allocation to Portfolios & service areas.
2. The recently approved £13.5M for Capital Funding and its intended utilization.
3. The utilization of the £6.65M BIOT Funding in key strategic areas.
4. Achievements regarding the Ministers’ Vision for St Helena (2022 – 2025), including what has been achieved, what is ongoing, and what remains outstanding.

The meetings are scheduled as follows:

– Wednesday, June 11, 2025: Kingshurst Community Centre
– Thursday, June 12, 2025: Harford Community Centre
– Thursday, June 19, 2025: Half Tree Hollow Community Centre
– Tuesday, June 24, 2025: Jamestown Community Centre
