Deadline approaches for August 2024 bye-election nominations

The public is reminded that the deadline for submitting nominations for the August 2024 bye-election is 12:00 on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. Nominations should be delivered to the Returning Officer, Carol Henry, or any of the Assistant Returning Officers Anita Legg, Connie Johnson, or Gillian Francis at the Castle in Jamestown.

If more than one nomination is received, a poll will take place on Wednesday, August 14, 2024.
