Orange seeks Dechert’s counsel on purchase of Airtel’s subsidiaries in Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso

Looking to develop accelerated growth in high-potential and emerging markets, telecom group Orange sought legal advice from Dechert LLP on purchasing all shares of Airtel's subsidiaries in Sierra Leone and Burkina Faso recently.

With 27 offices around the world, the global specialist law firm provided commercial insight and opinions to Orange.

Francois Hellot and Ermine Bolot headed the Dechert team.
