Global information technology solutions firm Tecnotree of Finland has been chosen to provide $3.5 million worth of services to an undisclosed telecommunications company in West Africa.
Tecnotree will provide the company with its Tecnotree AgilityTM Convergent Billing, Unified Product Catalogue, Customer Lifecycle Management, Self-Care and Loyalty & Campaign Management System. Implementation of the services is expected to be completed by mid-2016.
"Winning this contract proves that operators nowadays consider customer experience management to be a key differentiator, and as such, they are thriving to enhance every element of the experience to ensure that the customer remains at the center of all business decisions," Tecnotree Executive Vice President Padma Ravichander said.
