Sage International rolls out new human resources technology in Nigeria

Sage International, a provider of human resources management solutions, launched Sage HR Management (HRM) in Lagos Tuesday.

HRM's target market is mid-size and large enterprises in the manufacturing, distribution, services and healthcare industries.

“Nigerian companies are eager to embrace automated HR and payroll solutions to assist with increased regulatory demands increase, rapid economic expansion, and growing global trade," Ivan Epstein, president of Sage International, said. "We’re delighted to add Sage HRM to our portfolio and look forward to working with our business partners to help Nigerian enterprises thrive."

Sage HR Management can be purchased as a standalone product or as a module that features Sage X3. The technology allows businesses to take control of workforce costs and automates payroll, hiring, on-boarding and talent retention, meaning employers can enhance employee engagement.
