NCR to deploy ATMs in Nigerian Access Bank branches

Access Bank recently revealed that NCR SelfServ ATMs will be placed throughout its existing branches and remote Nigerian locations by the middle of this year.

"Consumers and businesses want quick and easy access to banking services," NCR Nigeria Country Manager Ahmed Abdel Aziz Hamada said. "Through our SelfServ ATMs, Access Bank customers will have fast, reliable access to their bank accounts and businesses will be able to make deposits even after their branch has closed."

The ATMs are expected to improve customer experience by reducing downtime, increasing the speed of service and preventing fraud attacks. The latter is made possible with a skimming protection solution.

The NCR ATMs will enable Access Bank customers to conduct a variety of banking transactions including cash and check deposits.
