Mimran Natural Resources will take more than 45 percent of AFRIG's S.A.'s Senegalese sector.

This area in Senegal possesses a great deal of phosphate and other mineral types, which will translate into great potential for the parent company in Europe.

AFRIG S.A. has been an important player for the company's supply chain of phosphate and has provided sustainable feedstock deliveries at a savings for the Polish manufacturer. Grupa Azoty, is the parent company of Grupa Azoty Zaklady Chemiczne, the sub company of one of the largest fertilizer manufacturers in Europe.

AFRIG S.A. will enter into the sector of fertilizer manufacturing in West Africa through the construction of a new phosphoric acid plant, according to Grupa Azoty.

One of the current phosphoric acid plants, Industries Chimiques de Senegal, is owned by Indorama Corp.
